• 5+ years of marketing or business development experience.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and business development strategies aligned with firm and practice group goals.
• Track performance, measure progress, and prepare reports on business development initiatives.
• Conduct competitive research and analyze client opportunities, target markets, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Prepare and coordinate RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
• Maintain experience databases and improve the quality and consistency of marketing materials across offices.
• Track proposal activity, outcomes, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop marketing collateral that strengthens the firm's brand and positions its practice groups effectively.
• Coordinate submissions for legal rankings and industry recognitions, working with external public relations partners as needed.
• Partner directly with attorneys to support client development strategies and achieve practice group objectives.
• Recommend creative approaches to reaching target audiences and expanding business opportunities.
• Leverage the firm's CRM system to manage relationships, organize contacts, and support business development efforts.
• Coordinate projects across offices and travel between locations as required.
