Job summary

Assignar is a mission-led construction tech company helping contractors manage crews, equipment, and financial workflows. We’re seeking a growth marketer to own the full growth loop, rebuild funnels, and optimize conversion across paid search, social, SEO, content, and email.

You’ll run experiments, improve lead handoffs to sales, and engage with customers on job sites to see the product in action. Remote-first; Australia-wide.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in growth or demand generation for a B2B software business.
• Evidence of building something from scratch: a function, funnel, or channel.
• Hands-on experience with tools like CRM, marketing automation, and tracking systems.

• Own the full growth marketing loop from hypothesis to execution and analysis.
• Rebuild the funnel including website, landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.

• Get to know customers by talking to contractors, sitting in on sales calls, and reading lost-deal notes.

• Hands‑on experience with tools like CRM, marketing automation, and tracking systems.
