Rnb Consultancy is seeking the first dedicated growth and marketing lead for a fast-growing AI startup in San Francisco. You will own events, the community, partnerships, and campaigns, working alongside the chief of staff and head of growth to turn ideas into measurable results.

You will craft product stories, manage campaigns and landing pages, and rigorously measure what works to drive scalable growth in a rapidly evolving space.

Formación

• Startup or fast-moving experience (big tech only won't fit).
• Responsible for growth, marketing, community, events or partnerships, including outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong writing ability to explain a technical product clearly and convincingly.
• 2+ years of experience; founders and non-traditional backgrounds welcome.

• Oversee events, community initiatives and partnerships from concept to results.
• Lead product marketing campaigns, launch posts and landing pages.
• Turn complex technical capabilities into customer-friendly stories.
