Tokenize is hiring its first marketing hire to build the go-to-market foundation for an AI usage management platform. You will own category positioning, narrative, and demand generation, working directly with founders and sales to fuel outbound pipelines and campaigns.

You will drive organic growth, establish early marketing budgets, and test messaging across channels to scale awareness in a fast-growing market. This in-office role in San Francisco offers equity and a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• Founding marketer or early marketing hire experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI startup.
• Experience across product marketing, content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Fluency with modern marketing technology stacks and AI-forward tools.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working directly with startup founders or executive leadership.
• Ownership and impact as the first marketing hire to shape brand and go-to-market.

Responsabilidades

• Define category positioning and narrative for multiple audiences including engineers and finance leaders.
• Collaborate with sales and founders to fuel outbound pipeline with decks, case studies, and messaging.
• Expand organic growth and thought leadership across social and industry platforms.
• Maintain market intelligence and target database to broaden footprint.
• Lead high-impact marketing channels like events, webinars, partner marketing, and founder outreach.
• Establish early budgets and measure organic traction to guide go-to-market trajectory.
