Job summary

Rnb Consultancy is seeking the first dedicated growth and marketing lead for a fast-growing AI startup in San Francisco. You will own events, the community, partnerships, and campaigns, working alongside the chief of staff and head of growth to turn ideas into measurable results.

You will craft product stories, manage campaigns and landing pages, and rigorously measure what works to drive scalable growth in a rapidly evolving space.

Qualifications

• Startup or fast-moving experience (big tech only won't fit).
• Responsible for growth, marketing, community, events or partnerships, including outcomes, not just tasks.
• Strong writing ability to explain a technical product clearly and convincingly.
• 2+ years of experience; founders and non-traditional backgrounds welcome.

Job description

You've built growth, community or events from almost nothing, and you can make a technical product sound simple. Own marketing at a fast-growing AI startup.

A seed-stage AI startup in San Francisco lets enterprises work with hundreds of open-source and proprietary AI models, hosted wherever they like, with a chat interface and AI agents that carry out real business tasks. It already has around 100 customers worldwide. As the first person fully focused on growth and marketing, you'll take events, the community, partnerships and campaigns from idea to result, without a playbook, alongside the chief of staff and the head of growth.

What you'll own

• Events, community and partnerships
• Product marketing campaigns, launch posts and landing pages
• Turning technical capabilities into stories customers understand
• Measuring what works and doubling down on it

Must-haves

• Startup or other fast-moving experience (big tech only won't fit)
• You've been responsible for growth, marketing, community, events or partnerships, including the outcomes, not only for carrying out tasks
• Strong writer who can explain a technical product in a clear and convincing way
• 2+ years of experience; former founders and non-traditional backgrounds are welcome
• Working from the San Francisco office five days a week, 9-9-6
