WIN Home Inspection is seeking a data-driven performance marketing leader in the United States to drive full-funnel campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels. You will guide teams, measure outcomes, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business goals.

You will optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention while mentoring a high-performing marketing team in a fast-growing organization. This role emphasizes curiosity, analytical rigor, and accountability.

Competenze

MBA from a highly recognized business school in India.
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience focused on U.S. markets.
Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in strategy, testing, and optimization.
