Convey is expanding its marketing engine to accelerate pipeline across target accounts. You will own demand generation, ABM programs, and strong collaboration with sales to drive sustainable growth while building and managing a digital workforce that handles recurring growth tasks.

You'll lead paid media across LinkedIn and search, optimize website conversion paths, and deliver weekly funnel insights. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B growth or demand generation in SaaS.
• Experience owning pipeline targets and budget with measurable results.
• ABM and event programs that produced meetings and pipeline.
• Hands-on paid media with LinkedIn and search, with disciplined testing.
• Strong analytics; proficient in CRM, marketing platforms, attribution and reporting.
• Trusted partner to sales; led teams, agencies and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline goals and report weekly.
• Run ABM programs against tiered target accounts with sales alignment.
• Handoff with sales: lead routing and engagement-to-meetings plays.
• Lead account-based events and executive dinners and workshops.
• Own paid media strategy across LinkedIn, search and retargeting.
• Maintain website as a conversion engine with personalized paths and tests.
• Own funnel reporting, attribution, CRM hygiene and dashboards.
• Develop and manage a digital workforce to handle recurring growth work.
• Train and mentor the digital team and scale programs.
