First Principles is seeking its first dedicated marketer to own marketing for the training business from strategy through execution. The role starts with making us look like the firm we are: a website, materials, and proof that resonate with senior enterprise buyers.

You will build a top of funnel and provide real conversations for the sales team. You will shape brand around client results, our programs, and the practitioners who design and teach them.

Competenze

• Five or more years in B2B marketing for enterprise buyers.
• Excellent marketing writing with clear, concise text.
• Hands-on with AI tools to research, produce, and adapt content.

Mansioni

• Website ownership end-to-end using AI coding tools.
• Define positioning and packaging for program shapes.
• Build a library of case studies, outcomes, and testimonials.
• Enable sales with decks, one-pagers, curricula, templates and lead magnets.
• Define channel mix and adjust based on data.
• Own signal metrics: traffic, engagement, email growth; share weekly results.
• Manage monthly budget for tools, ads, materials, events, and external experts.
