Stelloagents is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the company narrative and pipeline, building with AI and translating client results into compelling content. As the first marketing hire, you will shape messaging, content, and campaigns, collaborating with founders to drive growth.

You will craft case studies, posts, videos, and playbooks, and you will manage the website and demand-generation efforts across email, LinkedIn, events, and workshops.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, content, or developer relations, ideally at a startup or a services firm.
• A portfolio of content that explains how something works, and you can say how the audience responded.
• You use AI tools every day, and you have built things with them that people actually use.
• You can find the moment in a project that is worth a post or a video, and you can finish it yourself.
• You have built pipeline, and you can show the numbers.
• You can run several projects at the same time without dropping quality.
• Good taste: you know the difference between a demo that looks good and one that holds up.

Responsabilités

• Build in public. Use tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to make demos, internal tools, and prototypes, and document how you made them.
• Tell our story. Turn client results and builds into case studies, posts, videos, and playbooks.
• Speak to our buyers. Explain what AI agents can do in words that operations, finance, and IT leaders can act on.
• Own the website. Make it turn visitors into sales conversations.
• Run campaigns. Plan and run email, LinkedIn, events, and workshops, and give our Account Executives what they need at each stage of a deal.
• Stay current. Try new models and tools when they come out, and have a clear opinion on what matters.
• Measure everything. Track which channels create pipeline, and put more effort into those.
