NinjaTech AI is seeking its first marketing hire to own strategy and execution across all marketing functions. You will shape positioning, run campaigns, write content, manage PR, and drive demand in a fast-growing enterprise AI company.

This builder’s role requires hands-on writing, analytics, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll define the function from zero and scale as we grow, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with sales and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience in startup or founder-led environments.
• Proven ability to own go-to-market strategy and execute across channels.
• Strong writing mindset and ability to translate technical concepts for enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing: strategy, campaigns, and measurement.
• Write launch briefs, FAQs, and internal announcements.
• Own product/solution pages and website content.
• Lead demand gen, paid channels, SEO, email, and lifecycle programs.
• Build content engine: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and explainers.
• Manage PR, media relations, and thought leadership.
