Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Growth Marketing Industry Lead to drive demand generation and GTM strategies across key industry verticals. The role collaborates with the Global Growth Marketing Lead and industry stakeholders to shape campaigns, content, events, and partnerships that accelerate pipeline growth in Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Media & Entertainment, and Communications & Network Equipment Providers.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in demand generation within B2B services or SaaS
• Strong planning, analytics, and data-driven decision making
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Experience aligning marketing with sales to accelerate growth
• Experience applying AI to growth marketing processes
• Knowledge of multi-channel demand generation tactics
• Understanding buyer journeys and content mapping across funnel stages
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management
• Ability to report campaign ROI to executives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build and drive industry-led GTM strategies.
• Develop deep industry understanding through customer engagement and market intel.
• Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify case studies.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategy and ABM leads to execute firm-wide campaigns.
• Lead development of targeted, insight-driven programs for industries and personas.
• Manage ICP development and GTM SWOT for target segments.
• Create strategic marketing content with the Content Lead.
• Recommend campaign tactics across social, digital, events, and email.
• Ensure alignment across internal and external teams on initiatives.
• Manage campaign assets and data in the marketing portal.
• Drive and scale events with the Events Leader (virtual and in-person).
• Support ABM accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
