Job summary

Formlabs in Massachusetts is seeking a Marketing Generalist to own growth for Form Now end to end. You’ll wear many hats—from customer acquisition to launching campaigns—and work with leadership to translate product capabilities into messaging for new buyers.

You’ll excel at analytics, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, and independently plan events for B2B clients. You’ll own the growth plan across channels and use AI tools to accelerate research and optimization.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of B2B marketing or growth experience.
• Track record of solo projects from concept through execution.
• Comfortable being customer-facing when the job calls for it.
• Strong analytics: build and read campaign data and act on it without dashboards.
• Have run or set up events independently.
• Growth mindset and willingness to try new channels quickly.
• High energy, scrappy, startup mindset.
• Fluency with AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across channels and segments using analytics.
• Own campaign effectiveness end-to-end: email and LinkedIn campaigns, measure results.
• Plan and execute events for new B2B customers from small to large accounts.
• Connect product roadmap to marketing messaging and positioning.
• Compile campaign analyses, competitive tracking, and channel experiments into a growth plan.
• Institutionalize rapid experimentation: ship, measure, adjust, repeat.
• Write and manage customer-facing copy and emails across lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, campaign builds and analysis.
