Formlabs in Billerica, Massachusetts is seeking a Founding Marketer for Form Now to own growth end-to-end, across channels, campaigns, and customer acquisition for this startup within the company.

You’ll run email, LinkedIn outreach, events, and messaging, translate product capabilities into positioning for B2B buyers, and measure impact with analytics, iterating quickly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of B2B marketing or growth experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to own and interpret campaign data.
• Experience running email, events, and LinkedIn outreach; ability to iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Use analytics to identify growth opportunities across customer segments and channels.
• Own campaign effectiveness end-to-end: set up and run email and LinkedIn campaigns; measure results.
• Plan and execute events for reaching new B2B customers, from small businesses to large accounts.
• Translate product roadmap into compelling positioning and messaging for buyers.
• Consolidate campaign analysis, competitive tracking, and experiments into a growth plan you own end-to-end.
• Make testing and fast iteration a habit: ship, measure, adjust, repeat.
