Job summary

Northpeak is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing and CRO to oversee growth and visibility for multiple clients and to mentor our specialists. You’ll build roadmaps, run experiments, and drive ROI with data-driven decisions across paid and organic channels.

You’ll lead client communications, define success metrics, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating across strategy, creative, and channel experts. This is a fully remote role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading growth and marketing across paid and organic.
• Proven background in conversion rate optimization and SEO.
• Inclusive, hands-on client management style with ability to communicate marketing strategy clearly.
• Learning mindset and bias toward action.
• Driver mentality focused on impact on organization and clients.

Responsibilities

• Build Growth and CRO roadmaps for clients.
• Assess qualitative and quantitative data to inform campaigns.
• Design and run marketing experiments across Google, Facebook, and other channels.
• Grow clients with Facebook, Instagram, PPC, SEO, Content, and Email tactics.
• Analyze performance data and provide action plans based on data-driven conclusions.
• Define measures of success and track core KPIs.
• Lead weekly reporting, bi-weekly calls, quarterly business reviews and maintain client communications.
• Be main point of contact for clients and manage all communication.
• Ensure deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards are met and on track.
• Bridge client expectations with team progress through emails, messages and meetings.
• Support creative, strategy, and tactics; propose solutions and drive strategy when needed.
• Uncover and holistically understand a company’s performance to find bottlenecks.
