Parsley Health in New York, NY, is seeking a Director of Marketing to own the full growth engine, improve member acquisition, and optimize CAC and LTV. You will lead in-house teams, agencies, and contractors across paid media, SEO, lifecycle, and brand initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in growth marketing with multi-channel leadership, data fluency, and experience in health or wellness a plus. It offers remote work with NYC HQ on-site time and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing with 3+ years leading a multi-channel team.
• Hands-on ownership of paid media budgets and agency management against CAC/payback targets.
• Direct experience scaling affiliate, SEO, and lifecycle/CRM.
• Track record of using brand/content/PR to move growth metrics.
• Strong data fluency, including AI tools to scale campaigns and analytics.
• Comfortable both as strategist and operator on a lean team.

Responsabilités

• Own paid media, SEO, lifecycle, and affiliate channels; set strategy, budget, and testing priorities.
• Partner with Growth PM on join-flow and site conversion; align on testing roadmap.
• Collaborate on brand, content, and PR to build demand and trust that boosts conversion and CAC.
• Own marketing plan, budget, and funnel reporting; make reallocation decisions as needed.
