Job summary

DataSpring is hiring a Director of Growth Marketing to translate company objectives into segment-based strategies and measurable outcomes. You will own provider and payer growth, oversee campaigns, events, and ROI, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a fully remote capacity.

The role reports to the SVP, Brand, Marketing & Communications. You will collaborate across Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales, shaping annual plans and budgets while driving customer expansion and pipeline

Qualifications

• Experience leading integrated growth marketing strategies across segments.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel demand generation and ABM.
• Track record of delivering measurable ROIs and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing strategy for payer and provider segments.
• Lead integrated campaigns, content, events and performance channels.
• Direct provider segment end-to-end strategy, design, and events.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops to hit targets.
• Define KPIs and drive optimization across channels and events.
