Job summary

Century Support Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing to lead the company’s growth. This hands-on leadership role directs the full marketing lifecycle across paid, organic, direct mail, and partnerships, aligning with enrollment capacity and compliance.

You will build measurement-driven programs, manage budgets, and coach Marketing Managers, while working with Sales, Operations and Client Services to optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of B2C marketing leadership in regulated consumer environments.
• Proven command of CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and attribution.
• Experience building and scaling direct mail programs alongside digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy, optimizing channel mix and CAC targets.
• Lead social media, content, and performance marketing across platforms.
• Build multi-touch attribution, dashboards, and compliant campaigns.
• Manage offline channels and direct mail end-to-end.
• Drive budget, forecasts, and capacity planning with cross-functional partners.
