Job summary

Carter Murray, a growing CPA firm, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead strategy and execution while partnering with senior leadership on growth and business development initiatives.

This hands-on marketer will own integrated campaigns across digital, email, social and content; manage events and marketing automation; and help strengthen the firm's brand and market presence through compelling messaging and results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in accounting, CPA, or professional services preferred.
• Strong campaign strategy, content development and PM skills.
• Hands-on HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on business development initiatives.
• Previous team leadership or mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and content channels.
• Partner with leadership to support business development and client growth.
• Create content and messaging for owners, executives, clients, and prospects.
• Manage hands-on campaign execution in HubSpot.
• Oversee client events, networking programs, and other initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Lead and mentor marketing team members and coordinate with external partners.
