• 7-12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with ownership of pipeline and pricing.
• Experience with AI/automation products from pilot to production.
• Proven experience leading and managing people.

• Launch a repeatable ABM engine and proof-rich content.
• Define MQLs, monitor CAC payback with Finance, and tune campaigns.
• Hire/coach team and provide mentorship and performance feedback.
