Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. is hiring a part-time Growth Designer to drive a coherent ad-to-landing-page to website experience. You will blend paid-creative strategy, visual craft, and web UX, working with Consumer Growth, paid media, SEO, and founders.

Expect to own design quality, build reusable systems, and apply AI-native methods to raise quality and pace. This is a remote, independent-contractor role with 15–25 hours per week, overlapping Pacific Time hours, and compensation of $50–$125 per hour

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating beautiful homepages, landing pages, and clear web flows.
• Strong visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems.
• Ability to translate insights into multiple creative concepts and testable variants.
• Experience with AI-native design and use of tools like Figma, Framer, or Webflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid-creative strategies, concepts, hooks, and visual directions for Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels.
• Design ad variants, landing pages, and website experiences that connect the acquisition promise to the patient journey.
• Improve Legion’s visual brand across growth surfaces and ensure trust signals.
• Map and simplify key website journeys to help patients understand and convert.
• Turn performance data and growth priorities into clear design hypotheses and experiments.
• Create reusable templates and components to speed future work.
• Deliver implementation-ready work in Figma, and collaborate with web/engineering teams.
