Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Aufgaben

• Support subscriber acquisition strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Monitor subscription KPIs (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) and flag variances.
• Coordinate with product and editorial to view the subscriber funnel.
• Prepare materials for pricing, packaging, and new-offering business cases.
• Build and deploy segmented email campaigns in the CRM.
• Maintain testing calendars and summarize results for leadership.
• Support retention and win-back campaigns with accurate targeting.
• Maintain data hygiene and segmentation logic in the CRM.
