Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, marketing, or editorial leadership.
• Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production.
• Experience working with data and insights.
• Experience presenting creative concepts and campaign strategies to stakeholders at different levels.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Experience solving problems and thinking strategically for advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing time-sensitive projects with evolving priorities and many stakeholders.
• Proficient in Figma, GenAI tools and Adobe Creative Suite, including Firefly.
• Experience developing direct response creative.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital Design, Visual Design, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with creative agencies and hands-on ideation to develop breakthrough ideas for marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, comms planning, social, and media.
• Develop and lead creative concepts for campaigns aligned with objectives and brand strategy.
• Leverage historical campaign data to inform future creative decisions.
• Use AI and Gen AI tools for ideation and production.
• Guide external agencies to ensure high-quality outputs and testing plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices; apply insights.
• Inspire and energize a high-performing creative team.
