Job summary

Meta seeks a Creative Director for Business Marketing to develop impactful concepts across touchpoints, guiding agencies and production partners in a fast-paced environment. You will align creative direction with business goals and measurable outcomes, while hands-on work supports ideation when needed.

You will lead a talented team, leverage AI tools for ideation, and collaborate with Marketing, comms planning, organic social, and media to drive growth and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading creative direction or related roles.
• Experience using AI/generative AI for ideation and production; portfolio showing results.
• Experience working with data and insights to guide campaigns.
• Ability to present concepts and strategies to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking for ads campaigns.
• Experience managing time-sensitive projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and GenAI tools; strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Firefly).
• Experience developing direct response creative.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Art Direction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agencies and hands-on ideation to develop breakthroughs for marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, planning, social, and media to align on business efforts.
• Develop and lead creative concepts for campaigns aligned with objectives and brand strategy.
• Use historical campaign performance to inform future creative decisions.
• Utilize AI tools for ideation and production of creative assets.
• Guide external agencies and teams to high-quality outputs and define testing plans.
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices, applying insights to work.
• Inspire and energize a high-performing creative team.
