Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a seasoned Creative Operations lead for its Growth Marketing team in San Francisco. You will build and run the paid marketing operations system, connect Creative and Growth teams, and ensure processes for producing and launching high-quality ads are scalable.

You will translate growth priorities into briefs and testing roadmaps, manage assets and approvals across internal and external partners, and turn performance results into actionable next steps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creative operations or growth/paid marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Experience building or improving production workflows and asset libraries.
• Hands-on familiarity with major paid advertising platforms and trafficking.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the end-to-end paid creative operating system, including intake, briefing, production, asset delivery, approvals, trafficking, launch, reporting, and iteration.
• Serve as the day-to-day connector between Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, agencies, and production partners.
• Partner with Growth Marketing to build and maintain creative testing roadmaps with briefs, hypotheses, test plans, and metrics.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes to keep creative production organized (libraries, calendars, naming conventions, tagging, version control).
• Track test results, document learnings, and identify what to change and test next.
• Improve workflows, templates, and automation to increase throughput and reduce errors.
