Job summary

Skillwork is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing and communications that align with growth objectives. You will partner with Sales, Talent, and Ops to strengthen brand, generate demand, and enhance candidate engagement.

You will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, content, marketing technology, and external partnerships while ensuring alignment with Skillwork culture and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive marketing and communications strategy and execution.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using digital tools and CRM to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the annual marketing strategy, budget, and calendar with leadership alignment.
• Develop campaigns for client and candidate audiences with clear messaging and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities and initiatives.
• Lead digital marketing including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and AI-driven search.
• Direct content strategy across blogs, newsletters, case studies, and videos.
• Establish governance and quality standards for content and communications.
• Measure performance with analytics and connect activity to pipeline and ROI.
• Lead event marketing, trade shows, vendor coordination, and post-event ROI.
• Protect and grow the Skillwork brand across channels and partnerships.
• Own candidate journey, marketing automation, and engagement frameworks.
