Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, and/or 2–3 years in digital marketing.
• Experience in strategy and media buying for paid social, programmatic, or paid search channels.
• Knowledge of digital media optimization, including A/B testing and ad bidding concepts.
• Understanding of ad inventory and platforms with hands-on media buying.
• Interest in sports and gaming is a plus.
• Willingness to work unconventional hours around sports calendar.
• Proficiency with AI tools for reporting (Claude, ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Develop digital media buying strategies across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search channels.
• Launch and optimize new user acquisition campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Identify and run A/B tests for growth insights.
• Create ads in collaboration with creative, brand, and product teams.
• Coordinate campaigns with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams for user acquisition or retention.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive next steps with Marketing Analytics.
• Lead day-to-day communications with external agencies and ad partners.
