Position Overview
A leading consumer-facing digital company is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to support customer-acquisition initiatives across multiple paid digital channels. This person will join a fast-moving marketing team that uses data, creativity, and experimentation to improve campaign performance and attract new customers.
This role is ideal for an early-career digital marketer who is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will support paid-search and programmatic initiatives while coordinating the creative requests, project tickets, timelines, and cross-functional communication required to bring campaigns to market.
- Employment Type: Six-month contract with the potential to extend
- Work Arrangement: Ideally onsite once per week; fully remote candidates may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital acquisition campaigns across paid search, programmatic, display, video, web, and native advertising channels.
- Coordinate campaign launches, creative requests, project tickets, data entry, and marketing calendars.
- Track projects from the initial request through completion, keeping deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and next steps organized.
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Product, and Growth Marketing teams to bring campaigns to market.
- Communicate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners regarding campaign needs and deliverables.
- Help manage and monitor a significant monthly media investment.
- Review campaign data, identify performance trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support campaign optimization, A/B testing, and ongoing experimentation.
- Maintain accurate project information using Miro, Wrike, Airtable, or comparable platforms.
- Proactively identify potential roadblocks, follow up on open items, and keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
- One to three years of digital marketing experience, ideally within programmatic advertising, paid search, media buying, performance marketing, or customer acquisition.
- Experience coordinating campaign launches, creative deliverables, marketing calendars, or cross-functional projects.
- Strong project-management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable reviewing campaign data and performance reports.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow projects through completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive and confident approach, with the willingness to ask questions, raise concerns, and take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Miro, Wrike, Airtable, or a similar project-management platform.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and digital campaign optimization.
- Experience working with agencies, media vendors, or external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
