Cella by Randstad Digital in San Bruno is seeking a contract Senior Account Manager to drive end-to-end e-commerce campaigns and translate complex engineering workflows for creative teams. You will align technical efforts with broader brand goals and guide cross-functional stakeholders.

The role involves partnering with product, engineering, and creative teams, integrating Generative AI tools, and optimizing workflows to accelerate time-to-market in a fast-paced internal agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of agency account management experience in high-volume e-commerce environments.
• Technical fluency in translating complex engineering workflows for creative teams.
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder campaigns, mitigating risks, and delivering omnichannel results.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong collaboration skills.
