Job summary

Blenders Eyewear in San Diego seeks a Growth Marketing Manager, Retention & Acquisition to own hands-on email and SMS campaigns and lifecycle journeys. You will partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on retention strategy, planning, and customer journeys, while exploring new channels and platforms for growth.

The role emphasizes experimentation, data analysis, and a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve CAC, ROAS and customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, retention or ecommerce marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with email and SMS campaigns and platforms.
Experience building automated lifecycle journeys and journeys testing.
Analytical and data-driven with fluency in ecommerce metrics.
Comfortable working inside marketing platforms with minimal handoffs.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

Own hands-on execution of email and SMS campaigns, including builds and deployment.
Build and optimize automated customer journeys across the lifecycle.
Collaborate on retention strategy, calendars, segmentation and priorities.
Analyze performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop a testing roadmap across messaging, offers, audiences and timing.
Monitor retention trends to increase repeat purchases and CLV.
