Skullcandy Inc. is seeking a Retention Marketing Specialist to own email and SMS execution, optimize lifecycle messaging, and support loyalty initiatives.

You will collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, and Growth teams to ensure messaging aligns with the Skullcandy brand and site experience. A data-driven mindset and comfort with performance dashboards are essential for driving retention and repeat purchases across our direct-to-consumer channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in retention marketing or CRM roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering email and SMS campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with dashboards and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-campaign management.
• Experience with loyalty programs or customer insights work.
• Experience in DTC or ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and triggered messaging.
• Manage campaign flows, QA, scheduling and deployment for accuracy and timeliness.
• Support audience segmentation to improve relevance and performance.
• Monitor performance metrics like open rate, CTR, revenue contribution, and conversions.
• Support loyalty program development and member communications.
• Build reports and dashboards with retention health and customer cohorts.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, and Growth teams to align messaging and site experience.
