Job summary

LifeStance Health, a leading mental health care provider in the United States, seeks a Marketing Analytics professional to join the Growth Data & Analytics team. You will deliver enterprise analytics solutions, define KPIs, and drive patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth initiatives across Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.

The role balances hands-on analytics with strategic measurement, leveraging SQL, Braze, Invoca, Heap, and Power BI to establish measurement

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise marketing analytics solutions.
• Ability to define strategic objectives and KPI frameworks.
• Strong skills in analytics tooling and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Braze email and SMS analytics, including campaign performance and A/B tests.
• Own Invoca call tracking reporting and analysis.
• Analyze website/digital behavior in Heap; partner on event taxonomy and tracking.
• Support paid media attribution across Google Ads and other channels.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards surfacing channel performance.
• Develop standard KPIs and attribution methodologies across tools.
• Use SQL on enterprise datasets (e.g., AWS Redshift) to extract and transform data.
• Partner with the Sr. Manager, Growth.
