You will build scalable reporting, dashboards, and attribution, partnering with Marketing leadership across channels. This is the first dedicated analytics hire; you\'ll establish KPI frameworks, multi-channel measurement, and CRM reporting from lead to membership, translating data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and BI experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Experience with marketing attribution, lead lifecycle analysis, and CRM reporting.
• Ability to define KPI frameworks and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-level marketing dashboards and reporting in Power BI.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks across the marketing funnel.
• Analyze acquisition, conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, and marketing ROI.
• Develop multi-channel marketing attribution and performance measurement.
• Build lead lifecycle and CRM-driven reporting from lead through membership.
• Identify growth opportunities through funnel, segmentation, and customer behavior analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence marketing strategy and investment.
