Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Analyst to help scale up the new Activities business, optimize targeting, and drive performance across millions of customers worldwide. You will run tests, analyze outcomes, and iterate on ideas with data-driven insights.

You will work with the New Activities Marketing Team to translate hypotheses into measurable campaigns, building impact through analytics, experimentation, and thoughtful optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university.
• Committed to delivering on promises and meeting goals.
• Eager to learn and improve: strive for efficiency and impact.
• Basic understanding of statistics required.
• High degree of ownership and accountability.
• Exposure in quantitative analysis: advanced Excel, SQL and Tableau knowledge advantageous.
• Ability to communicate fluently and confidently in English.
