Job summary

Agoda seeks a Data Analyst to join the Performance Marketing Team in Austin. You will analyze large datasets on flights channel performance, translate data into actionable insights, and support data-driven decisions to grow Agoda’s Flights business in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply to identify opportunities and interpret trends.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in big data projects.
• Proficient in BI tools and data warehousing (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
• Innovative problem-solving and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Stakeholder management with senior leaders and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Set Marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
• Develop, execute, and optimize strategy to grow Agoda’s Flights business across channels.
• Analyze large datasets on channel performance, user behavior, and market trends; translate into insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply to identify opportunities and interpret trends.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
