Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Growth Analyst to own a portfolio of growth projects across listings, hotels and campaigns, driving improvements from idea to completion.

You will audit performance on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Booking.com and our direct site, implementing changes that boost search rank and conversion. You’ll work daily with AI tools to build automations and reporting, partner with Marketing, Revenue Management, Listings and Operations, and maintain dashboards and weekly performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, data analysis, revenue management or related role.
• Hands-on OTA experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia or Booking.com.
• Proficient in English with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and dashboard/reporting experience built from performance data.
• Experience creating and running marketing campaigns and measuring results.
• Analytical mindset with habit of asking 'so what' before sharing a number.
• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously without dropping work.
• Nice to have: hospitality/travel/ecommerce experience; SQL or BigQuery; conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a queue of growth projects across listings, hotels and campaigns, from idea to done.
• Audit listing performance on Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Booking.com and direct site; implement changes to improve search rank and conversion.
• Monitor the portfolio, flag issues, and fix them.
• Dig into hotel and property performance to find revenue, visibility, conversion and guest engagement opportunities.
• Create, launch and measure marketing campaigns across channels.
• Build automations and reporting with Claude, ChatGPT and internal AI tools to save time and improve outputs.
• Maintain KPIs, trends, dashboards and weekly performance reviews.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue Management, Listings, Operations to ship initiatives.
• Share findings clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document repeatable processes to scale the work.
• Other duties as assigned.
