You will lead SEM strategy, test-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Product, Creative, and Merchandising. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, translating analyses into actionable recommendations, and expanding visibility across Google ecosystem including YouTube, Display, and Gmail.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing required.
• 2–4+ years in e-commerce, retail marketing, or growth analytics.
• 2+ years in Search marketing and Google Ads preferred.
• Experience with product feed tools (Rithum/Feedonomics/GC Merchant Center).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau or BI tools a plus.
• Interest in AdTech, GEO, and AI search landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search for growth.
• Optimize budget allocation and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with Product to improve product feed and data quality.
• Analyze campaigns and customer segments to uncover growth opportunities.
• Bridge paid, organic, and AI visibility to create new channels.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and growth paths to leadership.
