Taara is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist in Sunnyvale, CA to turn complex data into actionable insights for global marketing strategy and growth. You’ll partner with sales, product, and engineering to optimize the lead-to-customer journey and build a data-driven marketing stack.

The role emphasizes analytics, dashboards, and cross-channel measurement to maximize partner and customer acquisition, with travel for events as needed and a base salary range disclosed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years in marketing data analytics in a B2B hardware, telecom, or deep-tech environment.
• Experience with cross-channel measurement and automation in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on testing (A/B) of landing pages, social posts, and emails to improve engagement and leads.
• Experience with BI dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) for exec-level reporting.
• Analytical mindset with data integrity during migrations; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Global context tracking performance across international markets.

Responsibilities

• Track end-to-end customer journey from awareness to conversion and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and operations to optimize handoffs between teams.
• Build dashboards unifying web traffic, CRM data, and marketing stack for revenue visibility.
• Assess ROI of campaigns and guide budget allocation based on attribution & lead quality.
• Plan and execute integrated field marketing and events to generate pipeline and support sales targets.
• Champion data transparency and a single source of truth for marketing growth.
