Job summary

1872 Consulting is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own strategy and execution for both creator acquisition and player growth on a two-sided platform. This is a hands-on IC role with potential to scale, and a strong emphasis on building scalable, automated systems using agentic tools.

You will lead paid media, SEO, PR, social, and organic growth efforts across platforms to accelerate growth on both creator and player sides.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in growth marketing with consumer products experience.
• Experience building scalable agentic tools to automate processes.
• Proven ability to grow both creator and user communities.
• Think in systems and build repeatable programs.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the systems that bring new creators onto the platform.
• Develop creator-facing campaigns across paid social, SEO, and organic channels.
• Own the creator funnel from awareness through first game published.
• Partner with product to surface milestones that drive word-of-mouth.
• Drive player acquisition and engagement across all channels.
• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emergent platforms.
• Use data to identify drop-off points and run experiments to fix them.
• Build agentic tools to automate the growth workflow.
