Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize creator acquisition and player growth programs across paid social, SEO, and organic channels.
• Own hands-on paid media strategy and execution across social, search, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
• Develop organic social strategies that grow both creator and player audiences; own keyword research and contribute to SEO and content infrastructure.
• Analyze performance and run experiments to improve conversion and retention; surface milestones to drive word-of-mouth.
