Astrocade is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to own the strategy and execution for creator acquisition and player growth. This hands-on IC role will scale as the company grows, with an emphasis on building agentic tools to automate workflows and optimize the full funnel across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms.

You will drive paid media, SEO, PR, and social efforts while collaborating with product to surface creator milestones that boost word-of-mouth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth marketing, preferably consumer products.
• Experience building scalable agentic tools to automate workflows.
• Ability to grow two sides of a two-sided platform (creators and players).

Responsibilities

• Build and scale creator acquisition systems across paid social, SEO, and organic channels.
• Own the creator funnel from awareness to first game published.
• Drive player growth and engagement across all channels; manage paid media strategy.
