Job summary

You will run rapid experiments, develop user insights, and collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to drive growth that scales with millions of creators.

The role requires 2–5 years in product management or growth, strong SQL skills, and a bias for fast learning and bold experimentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in product management or growth at a consumer/PLG company.
• Fluent in SQL and data analytics with insights for product direction.
• Bias for velocity, rapid testing, and learning from results.
• Excellent communicator, able to advocate bold ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization growth.
• Design, launch, and analyze rapid experiments (A/B tests, feature flags).
• Develop deep understanding of users and how creative AI can impact them.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
• Define metrics and dashboards to measure growth levers.
