Oceans Talent is seeking a Growth Marketer to own organic and paid activation, conversion optimization, and subscription growth across podcasts, YouTube, websites, and newsletters. You will collaborate with editorial, video production, design, and paid operations to drive first‑party data capture and paid memberships.

You'll lead CRO initiatives, design A/B tests, and leverage Beehiiv and analytics platforms to optimize journeys from acquisition to retention.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and optimize conversion opportunities across podcasts, YouTube, websites, and newsletters.
• Convert anonymous audience engagement into identified, owned first‑party subscriber relationships.
• Design and implement high‑converting calls to action across platforms to accelerate newsletter sign‑ups.
• Partner with editorial, audio, and video production teams to integrate conversion opportunities into content.
• Monitor organic channel conversion performance and recommend capture improvements.
• Drive conversion initiatives to launch and scale the premium paid membership platform.
• Design campaigns to convert free newsletter subscribers into recurring paid members.
• Support customer acquisition across free-trial funnels and evaluate introductory pricing structures.
• Coordinate with the subscription content team to leverage premium benefits inpromotional messaging.
• Track free‑to‑paid conversion rates, trial conversion velocity, and subscriber retention signals.
• Map end‑to‑end journeys to identify bottlenecks and drop‑offs.
• Diagnose friction across acquisition, engagement, trial, and checkout stages.
• Build and manage a structured A/B testing roadmap for landing pages, headlines, CTAs, and offers.
• Implement winning conversion experiments and document outcomes.
• Manage newsletter subscriber acquisition, segmentation, and automated nurture sequences using Beehiiv.
• Write conversion‑focused emails, test subject lines, and optimize placements.
• Identify high‑value placements to feature premium memberships and cross‑sell.
• Coordinate cross‑channel journeys between newsletters, websites, and digital assets.
• Write direct‑response copy, headlines, and CTAs with a focus on conversion performance.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce promotional assets.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude) to accelerate copy ideation and testing workflows.
• Evaluate asset effectiveness using performance data to refine hooks.
• Analyze cross‑channel performance with CDPs and dashboards like PolyBox.
• Maintain reporting on subscriber growth, trial‑to‑paid rates, and funnel drop‑offs.
• Provide leadership with data‑backed insights, testing outcomes, and recommendations.
• Support future paid social initiatives, targeting, and CAC analysis.
