BiOptimizers USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale our DTC subscription business.

You will own the paid media stack—from Meta to Google to emerging channels—driving new subscribers at or below target CAC and optimizing offers, creative, and landing pages to maximize subscription take-rate. This hands-on, platform-first role requires daily execution, testing, and collaboration with marketing leadership to ensure high LTV and sustainable growth for our remote-first,

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on, in-platform paid acquisition for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Experience acquiring customers profitably at target CAC and scaling spend with subscriptions.
• Deep Meta Ads management: campaign structure, optimization, and scaling.
• Hands-on Google Ads management across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of linear TV/CTV buying and upper-funnel video planning.
• Landing-page optimization to maximize conversion and subscription take-rate.
• Data-driven decisions with GA and attribution platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own new-subscriber CAC targets, spend, and outcomes.
• Manage daily paid acquisition across Meta and Google, scaling profitable spend.
• Optimize offers, subscribe-and-save mechanics, and checkout for subscriptions.
• Collaborate with creative/front-end teams on landing pages.
• Build a repeatable creator-content testing pipeline for paid ads.
• Expand into upper-funnel video/TV as the account scales.
