Solar Corp. is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing professional to help homeowners discover a better way to go solar. You will own acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, and content channels, partnering with product to optimize the funnel from first click to quote.

The role requires running experiments, clear and honest messaging, and rigorous measurement. Remote-friendly and outcome-focused, you will ship fast, iterate on what works, and report on the metrics that matter to guide

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally consumer.
• Hands-on with paid channels and analytics; able to run and read experiments.
• Data fluency and a bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, and content channels.
• Own the top of the funnel and partner with product on everything below it.
• Design experiments, measure honestly, and double down on what actually works.
• Write and brief marketing copy that is clear and true, never hypey.
• Report on the metrics that matter and cut what does not.
