The role requires a proven business builder who can turn strategy into execution, develop top-performing teams, and forge trusted industry relationships in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of leading revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with national accounts, multi-site programs, and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy markets and EPC services.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated sales, marketing, and partnership functions to drive top-line growth.
• Develop long-term commercial roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Oversee proposal, RFP, and budget management with cross-functional teams.
