Job summary

Nautilus Solar Energy is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to execute, optimize, and measure digital marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across priority markets.

You will manage HubSpot and the marketing tech stack, oversee paid campaigns, optimize the website for traffic growth and conversion, and collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven results in a fully remote role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a consumer-facing industry.
• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, customer journeys, drip campaigns, reporting, and data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key administrator for HubSpot and marketing automation workflows and data hygiene.
• Support integrations between HubSpot, attribution tools, and third-party technologies for reliable marketing data.
• Maintain and optimize Nautilus Solar Energy website, landing pages, and UX/UI for traffic and conversions.
