Job summary

Mecka AI is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to manage paid acquisition funnels across Meta, TikTok, and Google, optimizing for activated contributors and scalable cost per activation. You’ll collaborate with country teams in APAC, South America, and North America to tailor campaigns and messaging.

You’ll analyze funnel metrics, produce weekly performance reports, and iterate on creative and landing pages using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of paid campaigns experience with real budgets.
• Strong numerical skills; able to compute CPA and conversion rate from data.
• Proficient with AI tools for creative, copy, and analysis; able to iterate quickly.
• Have built a personal project (store, app, community) showing initiative.
• Based in New York or San Francisco, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Run paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube with budget management.
• Create and test new ad creative weekly in local languages and using AI tools.
• Build and improve the funnel behind the ads, including landing pages and sign-up flows.
• Set up tracking to tie campaigns to activated contributors and optimize for cost per activation.
• Report weekly on spend, cost, and conversion by channel and market, with clear next steps.
