Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Growth Marketer in the United States to own end-to-end paid media acquisition. You’ll build the media strategy, launch campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, and relentlessly optimize toward CAC and ROAS targets.

You’ll design testing frameworks, manage monthly budgets, and scale profitable campaigns while reporting results to leadership. A data-driven, framework-minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years managing paid media (Meta required, TikTok/Google preferred)
• Proven track record hitting CAC or ROAS targets
• Strong grasp of funnel economics (CAC, LTV, MER, payback period)
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions without hand-holding
• Experience managing full-funnel paid budgets across multiple platforms

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and budgets across channels.
• Launch and optimize campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Google.
• Build testing roadmap and scaling playbooks.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, and other metrics weekly.
• Collaborate with creative teams to iterate creatives.
