• Manage precise budget pacing and allocation to ensure every dollar is invested effectively against client goals.
• Manage client expectations proactively and act as a strategic partner, setting the context and ensuring the client always knows what to expect.
• Collaborate with creatives and leverage relationships with platform reps to access new features first.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing and a track record of driving measurable growth with Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand how campaign levers impact the wider business.
• Comfortable managing strict budget pacing and strong measurement fluency (attribution, tracking, and reporting).
• Ability to turn CAC, ROAS, and complex metrics into clear stories clients understand and act on.
