Job summary

CloudZero seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own performance marketing, social channels, and PR in a data-first, experiment-driven way. You will operate hands-on across paid search and social, optimization of landing pages, and collaboration with Content Marketing to amplify earned visibility.

You bring 5–7 years in growth or social marketing, a strong ability to turn analytics into pipeline impact, and experience with modern GTM tools.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in growth, performance, or social marketing with hands-on paid channels.
• Data-first, experiment-based mindset; form hypotheses, test, and scale proven by data.
• Proficient with modern GTM and analytics stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, and Ahrefs.
• Strong storytelling and ability to translate analytics into pipeline impact.
• Experience running PR in-house is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid performance across search and social from strategy to daily execution.
• Manage spend against pipeline and efficiency targets.
• Lead web CRO on landing pages and on-site experience.
• Drive earned visibility through backlinking and PR with Content Marketing.
• Track performance, attribution, and share results with the team.
